About Kettle Moraine High School Kettle Moraine High School is a comprehensive, four-year high school in the Kettle Moraine School District which serves the communities of Delafield, Dousman, Eagle, Genesee, North Prairie, Ottawa, Sullivan, Summit, and Wales. With an area of 90 square miles, the district is located 25 miles west of Milwaukee in the rolling hills of the Kettle Moraine. The high school, located in the Village of Wales, was constructed in 1965 with major additions opened in 1978, 1995, 1996, and 2003. Kettle Moraine High School is a 2001-2002 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. In the 2006-2007 school year, 1,445 students enrolled. There were 358 graduating seniors. The school is accredited by the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges. Mission Statement The mission of Kettle Moraine High School is to educate students to become lifelong learners and productive members of the local and global community. Students will demonstrate their highest level of performance through independent learning and interpersonal skills. Excellence will be promoted through a visionary curriculum, a dedicated and knowledgeable staff, and school and community partnerships.
